Encore Stage & Study was incorporated as The Children's Theatre (TCT) in the state of Virginia in 1967. We are a non-profit, 501©3 organization with a mission to introduce young people to all aspects of theatre arts. We do this through two primary venues: our performances, which are for children and by children, and our educational programs which are held year-round. Encore Stage & Studio strives to reflect the cultural diversity of the community in which we live, and does not discriminate against anyone on the basis of race, religion, sex, or national origin. We make every effort to provide ample, varied, and enriched theatre experience to all segments of the community.
